Opshopalot is Jess, an avid op shopper and web designer with an environmental science background. Jess is based in Perth, Western Australia.

Jess started seriously thrifting in 2015 and as a result about 85% of her wardrobe and home is full of secondhand finds. After not being able to find a comprehensive resource for the best and hidden gems of secondhand shopping, Jess decided to build one herself and so the Shop Map was born (previously known as Nearly New Guide).

She has been passionate about environmental protection since primary school and hopes that this site and her social media makes it easier to choose secondhand first, making our presence lighter on the planet.
